Position: Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional ready to take your career to the next level Our fast-growing franchised new car dealership is looking for a proven closer to join our team and help drive continued success in both new and pre-owned vehicle sales.

What Youll Do:
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to retail and business customers
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through referrals and repeat business
- Follow up on dealership-provided internet and showroom leads
- Demonstrate vehicle features conduct test drives and present pricing options
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong closing skills and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including Saturdays
