Job Summary
Commercial Strategy and Planning is a key role responsible for shaping commercial strategic direction including distribution product customer and innovation driving business growth and ensuring seamless execution of the CCOs vision by driving cross-market and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CCO to develop and refine commercial strategic in alignment with organizational goals
- Work closely with CCO and executive team to define corporate priorities and strategic initiatives
- Lead strategic projects and drive cross-market and cross-functional collaboration to implement key initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of commercial strategy and track performance
- Foster relationships with external partners to support strategic objectives
- Provide quality management support to CCO including preparing material for meetings reporting budget and resource planning and other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Actuarial Science Economics Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in strategy consulting business analysis project management or a related role in insurance industry
- Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives
- Strong data analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paces environment
