The Role
Were seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our contract team in this role youll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by managing daily administrative tasks coordinating contract documentation assisting with subcontractor management processing invoices and ensuring compliance with BGIS systems and safety standards. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a high-performing service delivery team.

What Youll Be Doing
- Manage financial transactions including invoice processing and budget monitoring
- Perform general administrative duties (filing answering calls mail document preparation)
- Maintain contract documentation and support subcontractor coordination
- Assist with compliance documentation across QA WHS and environmental systems
- Support reporting presentations and client correspondence
- Assist with maintenance insurance and contract projects as required
- Maintain accurate data entry in maintenance management systems
- Support customer satisfaction and help meet contract KPIs
- Liaise with internal teams clients and subcontractors
Your Education Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong understanding of QA WHS and compliance systems (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Experience with CMMS systems (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Australian working rights (essential)
