For our exciting Headquaters in Düsseldorf we are looking for a HR Intern (m/f/x)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Supporting the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process from job posting and screening to conducting interviews
• Support the HR team in implementing a new time tracking tool from collecting data preparing reports to setting up new guidelines
• Taking on the organization and management of administrative HR tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Do not hesitate to apply if you have or if you are

• successfully completed at least the first four semesters of a relevant study program (e.g. business administration human resources management psychology)
• in a gap year between bachelors and masters degree
• gained some initial experience in HR or recruiting
• a precise structured and independent way of working and strong (self-) organizational skills
• basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• a team player have strong communication skills and can communicate fluently in German and English
