Risk Consulting is a dynamic and impactful part of EYs Consulting Practice. We help leading organizations strengthen their enterprise risk management internal audit internal control thirdparty risk management and regulatory & compliance capabilities. We also partner with our clients to digitize their internal audit and risk management functions from designing practical end to end process management tools to deploying advanced data analytics solutions for continuous risk identification assessment and monitoring. Asa manager in our team you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering highimpact risk transformation projects. You will guide project teams shape solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Working alongside specialists from Technology Consulting Cyber Consulting as well as EY offices across the AsiaPacific region you will lead multidisciplinary teams to help clients strengthen their governance and navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape.
In this role you will also drive the integration of cuttingedge technologiesincluding data analytics automation IoT and other emerging toolsinto our client solutions. You will coach and develop junior team members contribute to practice growth and help build innovative service offerings that set EY apart in the market.

Your key responsibilities:
Were looking for Manager to join our team Risk Consulting your role youll:
- Leadprojects risk consulting services formulate high-quality insightful and sustainable solutions for clients.
- Be responsible for the final deliverables for clients
- Maintain client relationships and pursue potential opportunities
- Managea working teamand will report directly toseniormanagers and above.
- Conduct internal training sessions to improve capabilities for team members
- Conduct counselling session on professional development to assigned team members
- Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence.
- Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn
- Work constructively with team

To qualify for the role you must have:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Economics Finance Business or related disciplines.
- At least one relevant professional qualification (e.g. CIA ACCA CIMA CPA etc.).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business process improvement risk management internal control internal audit accounting & finance legal & regulatory compliance or risk technologies.
- Provent track records and knowledge on Business Administration Value chain Business processes Risk management Internal Control Internal Audit Accounting and Finance Legal and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with full fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
