Position Overview:
In this role you will provide essential administrative coordination and support to the Director of Sales Canada Regional Sales Managers and the broader Canadian Field Sales team. You will manage a wide range of operational activities from organizing national events to supporting unit orders invoicing and dealer communication. You will work closely with internal stakeholders dealers and external partners to ensure accurate documentation timely delivery of units and smooth execution of sales programs. By maintaining organized workflows and supporting critical sales processes you will play a key role in helping the Canada Sales organization operate effectively. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple product groups and business functions building broad exposure to Polaris sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director Sales Canada Regional Sales Managers and Polaris field sales professionals.
Coordinate Polaris Canada retail shows demo rides and previews including booking space managing display logistics and fulfilling brochure and price sheet requirements.
Support National Fleet and Government sales by entering unit and PGA orders coordinating shipments invoicing sales and providing aftersales support.
Work with internal platform and stakeholder teams to manage delivery tracking and invoicing of promotional units such as media loaners association units and contest giveaways.
Coordinate Canadian Snow Race program activities including communication with applicants and processing orders payments and required documentation.
Maintain electronic filing systems records management processes and other administrative workflows.
Complete additional assignments in support of the Polaris Canada team as needed.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred or equivalent experience
2 years related work experience
Strong organizational analytical and communication skills; bilingual (English/French) is a plus
Ability to build rapport with diverse groups and maintain composure in a changing environment
Proficiency with Excel Word PowerPoint; AS400 experience is a plus
