Job Summary
Entity: Oracle America Inc.
Job Duties: Support the design deployment and operations of a large-scale global Oracle cloud-computing environment. Develop and support network fabric and systems. Develop and implement solutions for network issues safely executing network changes. Participate in network lifecycle management through network build and/or upgrade projects. May participate in network solution and architecture design process. Participate in operational rotations as either primary or secondary. Provide break-fix support for events and may serve as escalation point for event remediation. Provide root cause analysis as needed. Develop scripts to automate routine tasks for team. May support network vendor software bug fixes. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field. Position requires:
1. Deep networking: network protocols Routing and Switching TCP/IP and OSI Model;
2. Network troubleshooting and Data Center Network;
3. Internet Protocol (IP) TCP/IPBGP OSPF STP DNS DHCP TCP UDP and ICMP;
4. Network Security Arista and Juniper switches 802.1x network protocol and Cloud Engineering;
5. GNS3 tool; and
6. Core networking platforms : Cisco and Juniper switches in labs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $38.03 to $76.06 per hour; from: $79100 to $158200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
