ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer Oncology currently boasts an industry-leading portfolio spanning genitourinary (GU) cancersincluding bladder and prostateas well as breast hematology-oncology gastrointestinal-oncology and thoracic cancers.
The US Prostate Cancer business is one of the largest and fastest-growing segments within Pfizer anchored by a multibillion-dollar portfolio that includes XTANDI ORGOVYX and TALZENNA. Building on this strong foundation the team is now preparing for the anticipated launch of Mevrometostat.
Mevrometostat is an innovative therapy in late-stage development currently being evaluated in combination with enzalutamide for the treatment of metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) and metastatic Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mCSPC). This launch represents a pivotal opportunity to further expand our leadership in Prostate Cancer.
This role will be responsible for ensuring launch readiness and driving a successful market introduction by leading supporting and executing key HCP promotional efforts for the Mevrometostat US launch. Close collaboration with Global Marketing and US cross-functional partners will be essential for executing the US go-to-market launch strategy. This position requires strong HCP marketing experience strategic and analytical thinking creativity solid decision-making and a proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced teambased environment with multiple competing priorities.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead development of all branded HCP personal and non-personal promotional material ensuring core positioning and messaging clearly differentiate Mevrometostat in a highly competitive market.
Lead development and execution of US branded website including SEO/metadata optimization and SEM/paid search planning and implementation
Support planning and execution of Congress & Peer-to-Peer (P2P) strategies including content development and implementation
Partner with Market Development Lead to deliver unmet needs campaign/messaging building on pre-launch unbranded disease state education efforts
Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure tactics are driving launch performance and to identify opportunities for optimization.
Lead the annual Tactical Planning process for Mevrometostat ensuring crossfunctional alignment and resource prioritization.
Serve as Mevrometostat Review Committee Captain
Manage US vendor relationships workflows and budgets to ensure efficient execution and achievement of business objectives
Conduct all activities and make decisions that are in accordance with Company policies Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Bachelors degree and 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required or Masters degree and 7 years of experience or Ph.D./PharmD and 5 years of experience required.
Demonstrated success developing and executing complex marketing programs
Proven track record of building and leading high-functioning teams to drive business performance.
Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for diverse audiences including senior management.
Strong analytical skills ability to synthesize complex information and distill critical customer insights.
Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical executable level to drive brand performance.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple complex competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
High-energy proactive self-starter with the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate create and innovate.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162900.00 to $261000.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
