Core Responsibilities
The position focuses on high-impact deal execution within lean teams. Analysts are expected to:
- Complex Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial projections and valuation analyses for transformative corporate transactions.
- Transaction Execution: Manage the end-to-end deal process including the creation ofConfidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)and investor presentations.
- Strategic Advisory: Perform deep-dive industry benchmarking and research to provide tailored insights for C-suite clients.
- Direct Exposure: Participate in client-facing meetings and provide real-time support during live negotiations.
