Overview:

The Internship program has been designed to allow students to learn throughhands-onexperienceprovidingan opportunity to blend textbook knowledge with practical experience. The Hardware Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of various projects within our organization. This role will work closely with experienced Hardware Engineers gaining hands-on experience in project planning coordination and execution. Responsibilities will include assisting in documentationtesting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assistingin the design development and testing of novel medical devices or systems.
• Performing engineering calculations simulationsandtesting.
• Conducting laboratory experiments collecting data and performing detailed analysisandpreparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Complete assignments on time; make sound technical judgments and suggestions.

Minimum Knowledge & Experiencefor the position:

• Currently enrolled in abachelorsor Graduate degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.2in theSTEMfield (Electrical MechanicalBioengineering).
• Proficiencywith CAD softwaremodeling simulation and data visualization (e.g. MATLAB SolidWorksAltium andPythonarepreferred).
• Ability to analyze engineering data andstatistics.
• Strongproficiencyusing Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Skills & Capabilities:

• Electro-mechanical systems design and control.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ensure andmaintaincompliance with the Companys quality systemrequirements throughtraining and adherence to policies procedures and processes.

The hourly range for this role is $22/hr to $30/hr. Individual compensation will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience and grade level completed.
