General Summary: The Data Entry Specialist supports the Office Manager by performing various tasks in supporting the Property Management team. The Data Entry Specialist will accurately enter update and maintain tenant unit and vendor information across property management systems. This position ensures timely and accurate data capture for expenses leases applications work orders billing and reporting functions. The role requires strong attention to detail data accuracy and the ability to manage confidential RESPONSIBILITIES:Administration & Office OperationsEnter and update tenant information (applications leases renewals move-in/move-out data demographic fields supporting documents).Maintain accurate records related to unit status vacancies rent rolls waiting lists and and enter work orders maintenance requests and vendor invoices into designated and organize scanned documentation such as leases notices compliance documents and data for accuracy completeness and alignment with program or compliance with generating reports related to occupancy maintenance billing compliance and financial with Property Management Accounting and Maintenance teams to resolve missing or incomplete routine audits to ensure data integrity and identify administrative support including document preparation scanning and system confidential information in accordance with organizational privacy policies and applicable other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of :Minimum Education Required: HS Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Experience Required: A minimum of three (3) years experience in data :Minimum 18 years of AZ DPS Level I fingerprint clearance card (must maintain valid card throughout employment)Current valid Drivers License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance to meet insurance requirementsInitial current negative TB test result if required (Employer provides).Questions about this positionContact us
