What will you do
The NPI Technician will support the development and launch of new products by assembling prototypes conducting tests troubleshooting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role ensures a smooth transition from design to production while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
How will you do it
Assemble and test prototypes to validate design and manufacturability.
Perform electrical testing using tools such as multimeters and function generators.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in wiring and control systems.
Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and improve production readiness.
Document test results build procedures and technical findings.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols during all phases of NPI.
Assist in the development of test fixtures and procedures for production.
What are we looking for
Minimum of a technical degree or some college coursework toward a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related field.
Experience in electronic assembly and testing particularly in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
