The opportunity

The position is for a campaign executive within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Brand & Marketing pillar. As a member of the EY Americas Consulting AI Activations team you will serve as a Marketing Program Coordinator on various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our AI solutions and capabilities to external audiences. Your role will be pivotal in executing compelling and impactful marketing and communications strategies that resonate with our target markets. You will collaborate closely with various members of the EY AI Activations team to support the development execution and maintenance of marketing projects.

Your key responsibilities

Understand and adhere to brand guidelines while facilitating the review and approval processes for marketing assets.

Assist and coordinate with leaders and executive assistants in the creation of digital bios for AI thought leaders on known as people profiles.

Support teams in the preparation and submission of Global and US SCORE initiatives related to AI marketing. Serve as a subject matter expert on EY SCORE and the processes for creating AI-related people profiles on .

Support coordination with BMC teams on above content dissemination to align with and leverage the different programs.

Organize troubleshoot and maintain relevant internal and external distribution lists for AI marketing communications.

Maintain key operational calendars and trackers specific to AI marketing initiatives. Create reporting and overall status overview on the performance of the BMC digital campaigns for BMC leaders and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with the operations leader on all BRIDGE and contracting elements that support the teams marketing activities.

Prioritize day-to-day decisions and work assignments to meet project deadlines

Adhere to firm policies and procedures particularly those related to procurement independence compliance Bridge SCORE brand and invoicing.

Continuous focus on process improvement impact ROI effectiveness and efficiency.

Skills and attributes for success

A minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience in marketing or communications preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.

Project Management experience ideally professionally qualified. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of brand quality and compliance in the context of AI marketing.

Proactive in following up with leaders and teams to secure approvals and advance projects through SCORE.

Ability to problem-solve effectively to ensure the successful completion of marketing initiatives.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills particularly in conveying complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to following through on projects.

Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while functioning independently and exercising sound judgment.

Proficiency with standard software applications including the Microsoft Office suite and O365 applications such as SharePoint MS Teams and MS Forms.

Help drive change innovation process automation and continuous improvements across the organization.

Be a real team player work closely in an agile fast paced environment and demonstrate impact.

Quickly build knowledge of the EY business particularly the key priorities structure internal audience core offerings and our clients issues and agendas across sectors service lines and geographies globally.

To qualify for the role you must have

A bachelors degree

2-4 years experience in campaign coordination

Excellent communication skills - written oral presentation and engagement

Proven ability to manage complex processes and projects at a global level

High level of networking team building and stakeholder management skills

Good analytical and critical thinking skills

Technical skills: advanced knowledge of MS Office

Strong knowledge of technology and various platforms including social media platforms web content management platforms data analytics etc.

Ideally youll also have

B2B marketing skills with experience in professional services or similar industries

Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge

Technologies and tools

MS Office

Strong knowledge of AI platforms
