Marian Village is looking for an Independent Living Manager in Homer

Marian Village a part of Franciscan Ministries is a vibrant senior living community in
Homer Glen Illinois. We offer seniors Independent Living Assisted Living and Memory Care support
services.

What you will do:

This salaried position will report directly to the Executive Director and will manage daily
operations within the Independent Living Community.
Interacts frequently with residents and families and creates & maintains a positive high energy
work environment and a high level of satisfaction with families residents and
associates.
Serving as the primary liaison with residents and families to resolve problems contract
situations and billing
Enthusiastically implements programs and practices that enhance the customer service
experience for the residents.
Supports the Front desk
Coordinates and implements a successful new resident On-boarding program and
on-going check-ins and or progress in the community.

What we are looking for on your application:
Bachelors degree in Health Administration or Social work
Recent community experience education and skills specific to independent living.
Must be available to work evenings weekends & holidays as needed
Must enjoy working with the senior population
