Make an Impact by
- Assist in daily monitoring of facility systems
- Conduct regular facility inspections with engineers or technicians
- Coordinate daily with different vendors responsible for routine Mechanical and Electrical maintenance works
- Repair works to ensure completion according to schedule
- Ensure works executed by vendor are in accordance to approved MOS and maintenance programmes
- Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance work records including service reports and checklists from vendor
- Support supervisor/manager tech refresh or enhancement projects
- Support supervisor/manager for any incident investigation and RCA works
- Provide bi-weekly reports to supervisor/manager
- Support sustainability initiatives
Skills for Success
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Engineering school ( Eg: Mechanical / Electronic / Integrated Facilities Management / Mechatronics)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player who is also able to perform independently
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and proactive
