- Position Title: Maintenance Engineer
- Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days Monday Friday (8.30am 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary Transport & Mobile Allowance AWS VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of preventive maintenance activities including IMTE / calibration for chemical manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance for building systems and utility facilities.
- Carry out hands-on maintenance tasks and simple electrical work where required.
- Participate in feasibility studies and planning for the installation of new equipment and facility upgrades.
- Coordinate with and supervise external contractors for maintenance and repair works.
- Prepare and compile approval documentation equipment training materials and installation submissions for relevant government authorities and internal processes.
- Support spare parts inventory management including obtaining quotations negotiating pricing and processing purchase orders.
- Assist the Technical Department in carrying out the companys EHS initiatives and activities.

- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of related working experience preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- At least a basic understanding of electrical systems and instrumentation. (with LEW certification will be an added advantage)
- Familiar with Risk Assessment and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Having AutoCAD knowledge and proficiency is an added advantage.
- With understanding of EHS practices including ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.
