What Youll Do

• Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events including trade shows field dinners and customer conferences

• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection vendor communication shipping swag inventory and on-site setup/teardown

• Collaborate with the design team to produce event collateral signage and branded materials

• Help manage event registration platforms attendee communications and pre/post-event surveys

• Track event budgets invoices and expenses; maintain organized records for each event

• Monitor event performance metrics (attendance engagement lead generation) and compile post-event recaps

• Support field marketing campaigns that drive event attendance and pipeline generation

• Attend at least one live event and take ownership of a defined workstream on-site

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality Business or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event platforms (e.g. Eventbrite Splash) is a plus

• A positive team-first attitude and eagerness to learn

• Willingness to travel for events if needed
