Job Summary

We are set for another big year of recruitment in 2026 as our growth and innovation continues across Beca. To support us we have an exciting opportunity in our Group Talent Acquisition team for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Auckland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a coordinationfocused environment and is committed to delivering efficient accurate and candidatecentric recruitment processes.

Te whiwhinga mahi The opportunity

As part of our Group Talent Acquisition team youll provide highquality coordination and systems support that enables effective endtoend recruitment delivery across the business.

Youll play a key role in a busy delivery phase working closely with Advisors Business Partners and Hiring Managers to keep recruitment moving efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing highquality recruitment administration systems and process support

  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across recruitment systems

  • Supporting candidate searches prescreening and background checks

  • Coordinating interview scheduling and confirmations

  • Supporting graduate and intern recruitment campaigns

This is a varied handson role where your organisation skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of the wider TA team.

Youre highly organised detailoriented and comfortable working with systems and processes. You enjoy managing multiple tasks following things through and supporting others to do their best work.

Youre collaborative proactive and digitally savvy with a genuine interest in recruitment and peoplefocused work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to leverage their coordination experience as they transition into an Advisor role.
