Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead the SRC team and work directly with NIWC Atlantic NAVAIR and FMS customer representatives to provide programmatic leadership technical coordination and oversight for all assigned FMS P3 Ground Support Station activities. Responsibilities include design analysis planning integration cybersecurity and sustainment support in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for FMS Engineering Logistics and P3 Support.

• Tracking managing and coordinating all tasking across the integration cyber security and HBSS functional areas and will be responsible for performance execution and reporting for those areas
• Serving as the primary customer interface for assigned efforts ensuring responsiveness clear communication and effective professional conduct in accordance with PWS
• Leading daytoday operations supporting P3 ground support stations ensuring alignment with NIWC Atlantic program objectives
• Coordinating and supporting Program Management Reviews (PMRs) System Requirements Reviews (SRRs) Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR) Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
• Preparing and delivering program briefs schedules trip reports meeting minutes action item tracking and all required CDRLs
• Tracking and compiling biweekly monthly quarterly and annual status reports including cost schedule and performance metrics
• Coordinating preinstallation engineering support including software integration testing system verification and support for PITCO and SOVT activities
• Ensuring proper coordination of engineering change proposals (ECPs) system requirements test plans and technical documentation
• Overseeing integration and testing of mission systems such as PID ATOS MARS AMS acoustic subsystems and other P3specific applications
• Providing leadership for cybersecurity planning and execution ensuring compliance with DISA STIGs ACAS HBSS and PWSmandated security documentation
• Supporting cybersecurity requirements for software releases system upgrades and international deployments
• Coordinating with NIWC Atlantic on release/foreign disclosure management and security documentation
• Overseeing ISS Help Desk activities ensuring timely response tracking and resolution of trouble tickets
• Supporting corrective maintenance software patches discrepancy resolution and customer assistance via phone email or onsite support
• Coordinating OCONUS travel for installation testing training and sustainment activities
• Coordinating with logistics personnel to support inventory management MSI updates shipping documentation and configuration control
• Ensuring proper documentation redline updates and posting of materials to FMS SharePoint sites
• Supporting development and updates of Installation Design Plans (IDPs) System Administration Guides O&M Manuals and training materials

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

• Twoyear technical degree and 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with extensive handson expertise in P-3 foreign military support including postmission analysis tactical ground support systems and acoustic/tactical software applications
• Demonstrated success supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs including international site installations system integration and network administration training for partner nations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse technical and international stakeholders
• Detailoriented and highly organized with a track record of managing schedules coordinating installations and supporting hightempo operational environments
• Must have active DoD secret clearance

• Program Management Professional (PMP) certified
• Security or CISSP Certification
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

• Approximately 10%-20% travel
