Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller / Member Services Representative. This role is responsible for directing lobby and drive-thru traffic while delivering prompt accurate and courteous service to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the flow of traffic in the lobby and drive-thru
Greet members and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
Process deposits withdrawals and other financial transactions
Accurately handle cash and negotiable instruments
Maintain detailed and accurate transaction records
Cross-sell financial products and services
Provide strong verbal and written communication at all times
Qualifications
Previous cash handling experience required (financial institution experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Professional and dependable
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
