Job Summary
SAP BTP Data Architect (Austin TX Onsite):
- Define and build SAP data foundation for storing sharing and managing trusted enterprise data.
- Develop reference data architectures with input from application analytics integration platform and security teams.
- Enable analytics and AI use cases by ensuring data consistency governance and discoverability.
- Utilize SAP Business Data Cloud Datasphere MDG and related tools to unify data and eliminate duplicates.
- Maintain common data model catalogs to standardize core business data understanding.
- Advance data governance ownership metadata and data lineage standards enterprise-wide.
- Protect core transactional systems by minimizing unnecessary data replication and extraction.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document requirements in collaboration with stakeholders for SAP BTP solutions.
- Implement strategies to enhance SAP BTP system functionality and user experience.
- Provide SAP BTP Administration expertise to ensure system stability and performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to reduce downtime.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align business and technical objectives.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus on project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for system administration.
- Support the development and execution of test plans for system validation.
- Stay updated on SAP BTP features and advancements.
- Assist in training and developing team members to improve technical skills.
- Promote continuous improvement of business processes and systems.
- Required: 8-12 years of relevant experience SAP BTP Administration expertise SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BTP Administration.
