THE OPPORTUNITY

Some EA roles are about diaries. This one is about partnership and being one step ahead.

Youll be the trusted right-hand partner to two highly respected female leaders - our Chief of Corporate Services and Chief of Technology and Transformation. They are collaborative clear and genuinely supportive and they value people who bring calm to busy days perspective and initiative.

From technology and data - strategy to transformation people to sustainability communications to health and safety - youll keep the day-to-day running smoothly across the business anticipating needs and making sure your leaders are fully supported to focus on what matters most.

Youll manage diaries coordinate key meetings and forums and help turn complex information into clear actionable outputs. Youll also be encouraged to think creatively about how things could work better - and to speak up when you see an opportunity.

You thrive on keeping things running smoothly spotting whats needed before anyone asks and making busy days feel effortless.

Youre comfortable juggling sensitive information preparing polished documents and presentations and coordinating across multiple teams. You bring clarity to complexity and make sure priorities are understood and actioned.

Youll bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders

  • Excellent judgement discretion and the confidence to work independently

  • Strong organisational skills attention to detail and follow-through

  • A proactive people-first approach

  • Creativity and initiative - spotting opportunities to improve how things run and speaking up when you see a better way
