The co-op will be part of a team of dedicated engineers and technicians that support production through innovative thinking and design solutions for manufacturing.
Immerse yourself in a full-time Monday-Friday co-op session that will run May/June- December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
What You Will Do:
- Work alongside experienced Industrial Engineers
- Implement improvements in the production cell (fixtures shadowboards etc.)
- Help manage projects such as floor layout changes
- Data analysis including manufacturing lead time time studies and utilization
What You Will Learn:
- Tools and methodologies such lean principles value stream mapping and cell design
- Conducting time and motion studies to evaluate resource utilization and performance.
- Proficiency in software tools like AutoCad and SolidWorks.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
