JOB TITLE: Electrical Engineer
LOCATION: Riviera Beach FL
PAY RATE: $70-100/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (Up to 9 months with potential for extension)
Shift: First Shift (4/10 schedule)
Security Clearance: None required to start but candidate should be capable of obtaining a U.S. government clearance

Summary:

Research design develop and test complex electrical systems including electrical analysis hands-on testing troubleshooting and formal documentation
Design electrical equipment components facilities products and systems for subsea defense applications
Support the design production and testing throughout the lifecycle of submersible vehicles
Provide broad electrical support including issue resolution for distributed I/O architectures RF systems remote test station equipment power distribution systems and fiber optic interconnects
Collaborate across disciplines during integration and test activities
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with engineering standards

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience working in electronic design
Experience with electrical analysis design testing and troubleshooting of complex systems
Experience supporting submersible vehicles (ROVs AUVs or manned submersibles) preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a U.S. government security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
