Scheduling Coordinator In-Office
Hamburg PA Operations Support Role
Location: 16600 Pottsville Pike Hamburg PA 19526
Pay: $18.00/hour
Raises: At 6 months and 1 year

KRE Security LLC is hiring an in-office Scheduling Coordinator to support daily workforce operations across multiple client locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized proactive and comfortable making real-time staffing decisions in a fast-paced office environment.

You will help ensure shifts are consistently staffed respond to call-offs and maintain smooth operations. This position offers responsibility visibility and opportunities for growth within an operations-focused organization.

Shifts Available
  • Saturday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM Saturday-Sunday 6:00PM-6:00AM
  • Fully in-office role (no remote work)
  • Operations-focused environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily and weekly schedules for multiple client sites
  • Ensure consistent staffing coverage and proactively address gaps
  • Respond to call-offs and last-minute schedule changes
  • Communicate clearly with field staff and internal leadership
  • Track attendance availability and scheduling trends
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems
  • Use Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and Outlook to manage workflow
  • Partner with management and Hiring/Recruitment on staffing needs
  • Maintain professionalism confidentiality and service standards
Requirements
  • 13 years of experience in scheduling dispatching or workforce coordination
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
  • Clear professional communication skills
  • Reliable detail-oriented and accountable work style
  • Comfortable working fully in-office in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Benefits
  • Starting pay: $18.00/hour
  • Pay increases at 6 months and 1 year
