The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Digital Factory First Line Leader to join our BCA M&S Digital Analytics & Standards Performance & Strategy team in Everett WA. This position is required to be 100% onsite. This position will require you to travel to the Renton WA location on a weekly basis.
This is an opportunity to become a key member of a team responsible for transforming Boeing Commercial Airplanes current production ecosystem including requirements definition pathfinding large scale deployment user feedback and sustainment. We are passionate about cultivating the intersection of technology and business process to improve quality safety and flow within our factories.
This position will directly oversee a talented and cross-functional (direct and indirect) team responsible for leading application/capability development the integration and deployment of multiple pathfinder and/or mature projects ready to scale across BCA.
