Why This Role Exists
Our client is building a platform that helps health systems reduce waste in the healthcare supply chain. They are at the stage where implementations can no longer be best effort. They need a leader who can make onboarding repeatable fast and measurable.
This is a build role. You will own the implementation function and be responsible for getting enterprise customers live quickly proving value early and creating the workflows and playbooks that scale.
If you enjoy turning messy processes into mature systems can operate with limited resources and care more about outcomes than tasks you will fit well here.
What Youll Own
Implementation Delivery (End-to-End)
- Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Get customers live in 90 days or less with validated savings or measurable value delivered.
- Build the operating workflow between internal teams and customer teams so execution is clear and consistent.
- Remove blockers around data access and systems integration (the door vs. window problem-solving mindset).
- Identify risks early and prevent issues from escalating.
Executive-Level Customer Partnership
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders and keep them engaged during onboarding and early value realization.
- Communicate progress clearly set expectations and drive decisions when timelines slip.
- Partner closely with Customer Success so the handoff feels seamless and customers remain confident.
Process Design Scale
- Create and refine implementation playbooks templates and documentation.
- Build feedback loops with Product and Engineering to improve speed and quality.
- Help the team evolve from hero implementations to a predictable onboarding engine.
What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days
- Your first customers are live within 90 days and early value is proven through validated savings or agreed-upon metrics.
- Executive relationships are established and active (not just present at kickoff).
- A clear implementation workflow exists across internal teams and customer teams.
- Implementations feel smooth and controlled with minimal escalations.
The Profile That Tends to Win Here
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to build structure as you go.
- Able to push through data and access constraints without getting stuck.
- Fluent in procure-to-pay and/or supply chain workflows and how enterprise systems actually operate.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to hold the room.
- Hands-on enough to execute while strategic enough to design the operating model.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation supply chain technology and/or procure-to-pay environments.
- Proven track record leading implementations tied to measurable business outcomes (not just go-live).
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders in enterprise environments.
- Ability to operate independently in a startup environment while carrying senior-level scope.
