Job Summary
Underwriting Manager
TokioMarine HCC a member of theTokioMarine Group of Companies has an exciting growth opportunity for an Underwriting Manager in the Scottsdale AZ region.
Position Responsibilities
We are seeking an Underwriting Manager to join our highly collaborative team of underwriters. The Underwriting Manager will manage surety business development activities production and underwriting within Scottsdale AZ region.
Performance Objectives and Timeline
During the first 30 days: Get to know the TMHCC Surety Group team get up to speed on our systems surety underwriting policies procedures and philosophy and internal resources.
During the first 3 months: Establish and build agency relationships manage the regional underwriting of commercial surety bonds.
During the first 6 months and beyond: Develop business objectives implement strategies to grow the regional surety business.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance a related field or the equivalent education and/or experience

This position is based in Scottsdale AZ and requires regular onsite presence. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate upon offer acceptance.
