Position Requirements: Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree. Preferred: Masters Degree
Minimum Experience Required: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience with 3-5 years in sub-acute acute inpatient rehabilitation or similar setting.
Experience Details: Ambulatory or Case Management Experience: 1-2 years
Licensure/Certifications: Required: Current Registered Nurse License State of Illinois. Desired: national certification in case management.
Pay Range: $71718.40 - $124633.60 per year
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
