Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven German-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position ideal for a self-starter who is confident in closing deals and building strong client relationships.

This role is commission-based with high earning potential for top performers.

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients (B2B/B2C as applicable).
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
  • Meet or exceed the minimum monthly sales target of 10 closed deals or earn a 10% commission on successful sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

What We Expect from You

  • Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Eligibility to live and work in Germany
  • Willingness to participate in necessary training or workshops based on operational requirements
