We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Representative (Snr BDR)to drive pipeline growth across the German region.
This role is responsible for owning both inbound and outbound pipeline generation supporting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong prospecting expertise with commercial awareness and a deep understanding of German business culture.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a collaborative performance-driven environment and is motivated by building meaningful enterprise opportunities.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Own pipeline generation across Germany through a balanced mix of strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
- Develop and execute targeted outbound account strategies aligned to territory plans and regional revenue priorities
- Qualify and convert marketing-generated leads into high-quality sales opportunities
- Research map and engage key decision-makers within enterprise and upper mid-market organizations
- Partner closely with Account Executivesto support account planning whitespace identification and multi-threaded engagement strategies
- Collaborate with Marketingon regional campaigns events ABM initiatives and follow-up execution
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Customer Success Alliances and Channel teams to identify expansion signals and new opportunities
- Clearly articulate the value of Genesys cloud and AI-driven CX solutions aligned to customer digital transformation initiatives
- Generate consistent high-quality pipeline aligned to regional revenue targets
- Maintain disciplined CRM documentation activity tracking and accurate reporting in Salesforce
- Provide structured market feedback on trends customer priorities and competitive insights within the German market
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked pipeline generated and opportunity conversion
Minimum Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in a BDR SDR or Inside Sales role within SaaS CX cloud or technology environments
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within enterprise or upper mid-market accounts
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound lead flows
- Business-level fluency in German (required)
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong understanding of German business culture and consultative sales environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
- Experience using Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement platforms
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple GTM functions
