Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Design Lab Tailor (f/m/d) der mit exzellentem Handwerk hoher Detailorientierung und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Design und Pattern hochwertige Prototypen und Maßanfertigungen kreiert und so zur Premiumqualität von HUGO BOSS beiträgt.

What you can expect:

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Kreation von Prototypen Einzelteilen und kreativen Verarbeitungsproben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Pattern und Design.
• Du fertigst Maßanfertigungen für Celebrities und Endkund:innen über alle Women Woven Produktgruppen hinweg in enger Abstimmung mit dem Pattern-Team.
• Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein mit und verfügst über ausgeprägte handwerkliche Fähigkeiten im Bereich Couture.
• Du entwickelst serienreife Prototypen die bereit für die Produktion sind.
• Du arbeitest termingenau für Endkund:innen sowie interne Kund:innen mit unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen und Anforderungen.
• Du führst maßgenaue Änderungen im Rahmen von Fotoshootings Fittings Fashionshows und Events durch.

Your profile:

• Du verfügst über eine fundierte Schneiderausbildung im Handwerk und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise auch im Bereich Maßschneiderei mit; gute Schnittkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
• Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität mit und kannst dich gut auf unterschiedliche Arbeitsanforderungen und Situationen einstellen.
• Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse die eine sichere Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld ermöglichen.
• Du arbeitest sehr präzise und qualitätsorientiert hast ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details und einen hohen Anspruch an Passform Verarbeitung und Ästhetik.
• Du bist teamorientiert kommunizierst offen mit Design Pattern und weiteren Schnittstellen und behältst auch unter Zeitdruck einen strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil bei.
