Job Summary

You are a Design Intern.

Location: Toronto - Hybrid.

Wereseekinga thoughtful motivated Design Intern to join our Creative team. This role is perfect for a final-year student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience contributing to real brands and campaigns.

Youwontjust produce assets youllsee how strategy translates into design how systems create consistency and how creative decisions solvereal businessproblems.

Youllcontribute to visual concepts campaign development and final execution while learning howstrong designbalances clarity craft and impact.

Whatwerelooking for

Final-year student or recent graduate in Graphic Design Visual Communication Digital Design

A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think through a brief before jumping into execution

Comfort asking questions challenging assumptions and exploring multiple approaches

Strong eye for layout typography andcolour

Attention to detail and commitment to craft

Curiosity about how brands are built structured andmaintainedacross channels

Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate

Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Proficiencyin:

Adobe Creative Suite:Illustrator InDesign Photoshop Acrobat
Figma
Microsoft 365:PowerPoint Word Excel
Bonus:After Effects or motion design experience

Bonus points if you

Have a portfolio thatdemonstratesthinking systems and rationale not just polished visuals

Can clearly explain your design decisions and the problems you were solving

Have experience designing for digital and social platforms

Understand how brand guidelines function as scalable visual systems

Hours:Monday to Friday40 hoursper week

Location:Toronto

In-office Requirements: are expected to be in the office TuesdayThursday and on Mondays and Fridays as needed.

Duration:Four months (May42026 August282026)

Applications are being accepted until February 27 for a May 4 start are paid minimum wage for a standard 40-hour work week per Ontario employment guidelines.
