Your Role

We are looking for a dinamic e brilliant R&D Program Manager to lead Product Development Projects program planning in a multi project and matrix organisation this role you will be responsible for the definition of integrated development project scenarios cross company milestones management od critical tasks monitoring and update of deadlines as well as program deviation analysis.

The role is part of our R&D Team based at Technogym Village (Cesena Italy).

Your Impact

• Resources Workload analysis/prediction
• Risk Analysis Critical tasks and deadlines monitoring and deviation analysis
• Update/Progress meeting organisation deviation detection/tracking and support to recovery plan/work-around definition in order to meet defined deadlines
• New Product development Plan and Launch cross functional coordination.
• Information collection of cross funcional running project progress during different development stages and continuous plan update
• Control reporting aimed to define effective timing monitoring and project timingforecast
• Deviation events critical analysis aimed to the Development Process improvement and Time To Market reduction

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You focus on results and accountability and strive for excellence.

What you should bring:

• Masters Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Management / Electronic)
• Knowledge of Product Development processes and related structured approach
• Knowledge of Project Management metodologies and tools (with special reference to Primavera Smart Sheet MS Project)
• Knowledge of ERP and PLM management systems (SAP Windchill)
• Resources use optimisation
• Knowledge of main Office Automation tools (with special reference to Excel and Power Point
• Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational analysis and synthesis skills
• English fluency (minimum level B2 CEFR)
