What Were Looking For
Must Have
- Scholar degree in Engineering Technical or Business-related field(or equivalent combination of education and acquired experience)
- 3 years of successful sales experience in B2B markets
- Ability to learn and translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficient in executing tactical plans to win business
- Coachable and willing to learn we invest in our people
- Strong interpersonal skills with acustomer-first mindset
- Self-disciplined with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills detail oriented and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Preferred Youll Stand Out If You Have
- 510 years of professional experience ideally in technical sales
- Background in HVAC Mechanical Electrical or EPC design highly relevant to Data Center environments
- Registered Professional Engineer designation
- Experience in Data Center IT infrastructure or related industries
What Success Looks Like
- Maintaining ahealthy CRM pipeline at 3x quota level
- Achieving orexceeding annual individual and team sales quotas
- Building deep trusted relationships within client organizations
- Deliveringindustry-leading customer supportacross your territory
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date annual sales plans for each assigned account
