About the role

The Administration Assistant Accreditation Services plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of ANMACs accreditation this position you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to the accreditation services team ensuring documentation data communication and committee activities are well-organised and professionally managed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment enjoys multitasking and is committed to contributing to high-quality outcomes within a valuesdriven organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide routine administrative support to the accreditation services team including managing correspondence filing and document preparation. Assist with the coordination and processing of accreditation-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update information management systems ensuring data is accurately entered organised and accessible for team use.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support the administration of accreditation processes. Respond to routine inquiries and provide information or direct queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Support the Accreditation Committees by helping with organising meetings and events including scheduling preparing materials coordinating logistics and performing basic secretarial duties such as minute taking.
  • Perform accurate data entry and assist with the preparation of routine reports and documents. Compile and organise information and data for other team members to analyse.
  • Support the accreditation services team with administrative tasks related to specific projects. Provide logistical and clerical support for team projects.
  • Attend and assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for the accreditation services team.
  • Undertake continuing professional development in areas relevant to the Administration Assistant Accreditation Services role.
  • Perform other assigned tasks that support the overall functioning of the accreditation services team as directed by the Accreditation Operations Manager or other team members.

What we are looking for

  • Completion of Year 12 level high school education
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Public Administration are desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in routine administrative tasks such as document preparation filing and managing correspondence.
  • Ability to accurately maintain and update information systems and databases.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders and team members.
  • Proficiency in coordinating meetings events and travel logistics and managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Competence in data entry and report preparation with skills in organising and analysing information.
  • Experience engaging and liaising with various stakeholders such as regulatory authorities and education providers is highly desirable.
  • Skills in organising meetings managing agendas and providing secretariat support are beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment are advantageous.
  • Experience with databases and other applications.
