Job Summary
Must have BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS at least 2 years of recent experience (within the last 3 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level as this facility. Travelers will only be considered if experienced in hospitals of equal or greater size. Level 1 Trauma experience required. EPIC experience preferred. Must have triage experience.
Submittal Notes: No more than 7 days of RTO will be approved per contract. Facility black out dates (no time off will be approved for these dates): 1/1 - 1/2 6/29 - 6/30 7/1 - 7/6 8/30 9/1 10/31 11/1 - 11/2 11/26 - 11/28 12/21 - 12/31 Local travelers (within 50 miles) are accepted at a lower rate. Must have candidates FULL address at time of submission; that address MUST be consistent amongst the candidates onboarding documents.
