Team-based Man Camp style housing provided including all utilities and services. Please note you will be required to authorize a pre-employment background screen before we can move you forward in the process. Additionally you will be provided instructions for a drug screen before your start date as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with moving and processing crops and raw materials.
Assist in maintaining farm infrastructure equipment and tools.
With proper training operate various machinery and vehicles.
Dedicate yourself to long but rewarding hours working an average of 60-65-hours per week.
Work harmoniously with a team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required - We train you! Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Chester Montana.
Strong work ethic and dedication.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to work overtime to ensure the farms success.
Reliable and punctual.
Mechanical abilities are a plus but not required.
