Provide dedicated IT executive support to Singtels Top Executives and their Personal Assistants ensuring a seamless reliable and high-quality end-user computing and collaboration experience across devices platforms and video conferencing environments.
Acting as the Level 1 point of contact for escalations working closely with service partners and Level 2 / SMEs to resolve incidents promptly
Driving workplace modernisation to improve productivity and efficiency within the IT workplace
Managing inventory tracking of all computing devices used by Top Executives and their PAs
Analysing incident trends and producing reports to identify service gaps and support continuous service improvement
Documenting and refining IT Executive Support processes to ensure they remain current and effective
Managing the setup commissioning health checks and availability of Video Conferencing systems across Singtel locations
Supporting Top Executive meetings and events using TEAMS ZOOM or Webex to ensure sessions start on time and run smoothly
NITEC or Diploma in an IT-related discipline or equivalent
Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across desktops laptops tablets mobile devices printers and peripherals
