Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
- Support teams in planning tracking and delivering technical initiatives.
- Help identify blockers dependencies and risks and assist in driving resolution.
- Maintain delivery visibility using Jira dashboards and reporting tools.
- Partner with Product Owners architects and engineering teams to align priorities and timelines.
- Assist in coordinating work across multiple teams when needed.
- Promote Agile best practices and support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the delivery of initiatives such as cloud migrations data platform work or enterprise system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery role.
- Experience working with software data or enterprise technology teams is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe basics).
- Strong experience using Jira or similar Agile tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Experience supporting data analytics or enterprise platform teams.
- Agile certification (CSM PSM or similar).
- Experience working in manufacturing automotive or enterprise environments.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
