Job Summary
Job Description:
Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily installation activities for HVAC electrical power fire fighting and plumbing systems.
Coordination & Planning: Coordinate with structural architectural and other MEP trades to resolve conflicts (clash detection) and ensure seamless integration.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all installations adhere to project specifications local building codes and safety standards.
Quality Control & Testing: Conduct inspections to maintain high-quality work and perform testing and commissioning of equipment.
Material Management: Determine material requirements coordinate with procurement for timely delivery and manage on-site storage.
Documentation: Maintain records of daily progress prepare site reports and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
Additional Details :
1. Work Location: Renewal Manji Phagi Road Jaipur (approximately 25 km from Jaipur city)
2. Relocation: Candidates from across India may be considered; however accommodation food and transportation will need to be arranged by the candidates themselves. Only Jaipur Candidates/ Near by Jaipur/ Rajasthan
3. Employment Terms:
o Candidates will be on Talismans payroll
o 1-year contractual engagement (non-renewable)
4. Experience Required:
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
5. Interview Process:
o Jaipur-based candidates: Face-to-face interview.- Face to face or VC both works
6. Work Schedule:
o Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
o Sunday: Fixed weekly off
o Shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
On Third Party Payroll (Talisman HR) contractual role for a minimum duration of one year.
