Job Summary

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with Product Strategy to understand product requirements and translate them into intuitive buildable user experiences.
Collaborate with designers user researchers business analysts and software engineers to enable the design process and foster productive discussions.
Participate in concept development and design ideation for new product features.
Produce design deliverables including:
- User flows
- Sketches (low to high fidelity)
- Wireframes
- Journey maps
Document outcomes of design-related meetings and maintain proper documentation of design deliverables.

Required Skills

Proven expertise in interaction design and user experience principles.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX design preferably in enterprise applications.
Mobile application design experience is a strong advantage.
Strong online or distributable portfolio/work samples.
Experience working closely with product and technology teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and review user research findings.
Good understanding of front-end capabilities within the boundaries of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Experience applying UX practices in Agile/Lean methodologies is preferred.

Education

Bachelors degree in Interaction Design Industrial Design Visual Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
