Job Summary
BUSINESS SERVICES SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES (AR) CAPABILITY LEAD
GLOBAL FINANCE / BUSINESS SERVICES
As our Senior AR Capability Lead you will shape and elevate Cotys global Accounts Receivables processes leading largescale transformations driving standardization and enabling efficiency transparency and strong risk management across markets.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE ENABLE INNOVATE!
As our Business Services Senior AR Capability Lead you play a critical role in defining the global AR design and driving endtoend transformation initiatives. You will partner across functions implement bestinclass processes and controls and enable scalable efficient AR operations while supporting Cotys global transformation agenda.
You will be reporting to the Business Services AR Global Process Owner and you will manage:
1. Global AR Process Ownership & Transformation
- Lead largescale AR transformation projects as global design owner
- Drive crossfunctional impact assessments and ensure smooth implementation
- Partner across workstreams during global initiatives (e.g. ERP einvoicing BPO transitions)
- Ensure alignment with global AR policies controls and standards
- Promote transparency and effective change management
2. Efficiency Automation & Capability Building
- Identify and promote efficiency opportunities through system enhancements and automation (VBA RPA AI)
- Prepare business cases and partner with IT and Shared Services to implement solutions
- Conduct FTE sizing analyses and identify capability gaps
- Drive training and adoption of new ways of working
- Support continuous learning across AR teams
3. Governance Metrics & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure BPO and local teams comply with global AR processes and controls
- Implement and track AR KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Build trusted relationships with GBS Operations BPO partners local teams and regional leads
- Support escalations and provide AR subjectmatter expertise
- Enable consistent performance management across markets
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a finance transformation professional you thrive in complex international environments and enjoy driving change at scale.
Your skills and experience include:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years experience in finance/accounting within a shared services environment
- Strong endtoend AR expertise especially in Disputes & Collections
- Deep knowledge of SAP and HighRadius
- Experience with automation and interest in AIdriven initiatives
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Fluent English; comfortable working in a global environment
- Willingness to travel when required
