Job Summary
Shift: Outpatient Schedules are either 5-(8 hour days) or 4- (10 hour days) discuss more on interview. Physical Therapist: 2 years of experience required. Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) required- NON Negotiable (Must be on profile at time of submission). Montana PT License and BLS required. EMR: Epic. Prior travel HIGHLY preferred. Acute Care and Outpatient (Position need is in Outpatient Adult). Experience with Post-OP Orthopedics highly preferred. HWL clinical team to prescreen interview with Manager having final interview and offer.200-mile radius rule. ALL RTO or schedule request must be on submission-HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule request after submission.
