Position Description:

We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Organization Change Management Business Analyst to join our CGI team in Reno NV!

This position is located in our CGI Reno NV office; a hybrid working model is acceptable. Ability to work onsite in Reno NV and support client engagements in the Sacramento region as needed.

In this role you will play a key part in supporting our clients adoption and successful implementation of a new ERP system. You understand that effective change management requires both strong communication and data driven insights and you excel at bringing these together to tell a compelling story.

You will support the development tracking and reporting of OCM metrics and analytics using tools such as Power BI while also contributing to stakeholder engagement readiness activities and governance support. This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid team environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How youll make an impact


Business Planning & Reporting

. Support planning activities related to change management workstreams

. Prepare reporting materials for leadership and program teams

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

. Support stakeholder mapping and engagement planning

. Assist in coordinating change champion networks and leadership alignment activities

. Draft targeted communications (e.g. executive summaries FAQs talking points) and support delivery logistics

OCM Planning & Governance

. Contribute to Organizational Change Management strategies plans and frameworks

. Facilitate and document workshops working sessions and governance forums

. Track and maintain logs for risks decisions and action items to ensure leadership visibility

Measurement & Reporting

. Maintain dashboards and KPIs related to readiness sentiment and training metrics

. Prepare concise status reports and support executive level reporting

. Synthesize lessons learned and support continuous improvements across change efforts

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What youll bring


. 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management on large business or technology transformation initiatives (public sector experience preferred)

. Experience supporting ERP implementations (e.g. Finance Procurement HR/Payroll Performance Budgeting)

. Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR change impact assessments stakeholder mapping and readiness methodologies

. Foundational understanding of organization design job impacts and workforce planning principles

. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; comfortable working with data metrics and reporting tools

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and effective materials for diverse audiences

. Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Visio (or similar tools); experience with Power BI or analytics tools is a plus

. Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Business/HR Communications Public Administration or a related field

. Ability to work onsite in Reno NV and support client engagements in the Sacramento region as needed

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent)

Desired / Non Essential Qualifications:
. Prosci or ACMP certification in Change Management

. Prior experience with ERP or other large scale IT implementations

. PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70800.00 - $123800.00.
