Job Description
DAY TO DAY
- Install troubleshoot and commission robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Lead on-site deployment teams (1-5 engineers).
- Collaborate with stakeholders (installers engineers IT etc.).
- Solve real-time problems and drive process improvements.
- Develop technical documentation and modify processes.
- Manage project KPIs (on-time cost quality safety).
- Collect and report data for decision-making.
- Travel extensively (75%) within the US.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Engineering BS degree (STEM).
- 3 years with mechanical electrical IT or software systems.
- 2 years with technical drawings/CAD models in field settings.
- 1 year troubleshooting complex systems.
- 1 year using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Proficiency in technical documentation and office software.
- Expertise in robotics and electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage teams and schedules.
- Valid US drivers license.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Networking fundamentals knowledge.
- Experience with high-travel roles.
- Data-driven decision-making experience.
- LEAN/Six Sigma familiarity.
