Job Summary

Project Overview

Client is seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager / Architect with a strong technical foundation to lead the design and integration of an Employee Experience Portal.

This role requires a product-focused leader who also brings hands-on architectural expertise in ServiceNow particularly within HR modules. The ideal candidate will have deep integration experience the ability to guide cross-functional teams and the confidence to contribute technically when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with ServiceNow Workday and enterprise architecture teams to design and implement the Employee Experience Portal.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations (including EC Pro) to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Provide architectural direction for integrations between ServiceNow Workday and other enterprise systems.
  • Identify integration challenges and performance bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions.
  • Participate in technical design and review sessions influencing decisions and aligning stakeholders.
  • Perform light hands-on debugging and troubleshooting as needed (not a full development role).
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to drive consensus and deliver outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow particularly enterprise-level integrations.
  • Experience working with HR modules within ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering ServiceNow-to-Workday integrations or other complex cross-platform integrations.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles and integration frameworks.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to provide architectural leadership while contributing hands-on when required.

Technical Skills:

  • ServiceNow (HR modules required)
  • Enterprise integrations
  • ServiceNow Workday integrations (Workday experience is a plus)
  • Cloud architecture principles
  • Integration frameworks
  • Debugging and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with AI and search capabilities within ServiceNow (preferred)
