Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across cross-functional product and engineering teams. This role will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies driving Agile best practices and ensuring teams are operating efficiently with clear metrics transparency and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and servant leader who can run effective sprint cadences manage delivery metrics and confidently present progress risks and portfolio updates to leadership. This individual should be proactive collaborative and experienced in Agile transformation within enterprise environments.
