Production ManagerLocation: Menomonee Falls WIPay range: $/annuallyThis is a role within MFPs Manufacturing and Production group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Direct and coordinate daily operations of assigned area to meet safety quality delivery and cost requirements and (ii) Oversee customer orders from production through delivery by verifying order accuracy scheduling and coordinating shipments managing shipping claims and ensuring timely fulfillment of sales orders.. Requires 5 years of manufacturing leadership (direct or indirect) experience within operations and a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate daily operations of assigned area to meet safety quality delivery and cost requirements
- Oversee customer orders from production through delivery by verifying order accuracy scheduling and coordinating shipments managing shipping claims and ensuring timely fulfillment of sales orders.
- Lead the Management for the Daily Improvement (MDI) process for the production unit in order to control systems and monitor budget
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs for the production unit; identify needs and ensure continuous improvement through the use of Lean 6S manufacturing tools
- Ensure the deployment of the manufacturing operating system to increase productivity and enhance performance
- Lead the area core team in order to solve tactical problems and define the strategic plan for the production unit across a cross-functional team
- Work in coordination with the area core team to identify new capacity and capability needs through the implementation of new technologies and process improvements
- Identify training needs and ensure proper education is delivered to team; identify talent pipelines
- Develop and maintain accurate costed bills of materials for all products supporting cost analysis product builds and continuous cost improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales to design and develop new products enhance existing offerings create prototypes and benchmark competitor products to align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure timely production shipment and costing of customer orders while supporting product builds and new product introduction.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Groups and Multi-Fabs reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Supervision Exercised- Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting developing engaging and retaining team members
- Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations monitoring and evaluating performance providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the companys policies

Minimum QualificationsEducation/Certifications:- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent experience

- Working knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality systems
