Major Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC maintenance and repair.
Perform plumbing and electrical repairs and installations.
Provide remodeling and general maintenance services.
Repair and maintain equipment for various departments.
Assist other College departments as needed.
Respond to fire alarms during work hours.
Assist with snow and ice removal operations.
Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.

Work Schedule
Typical business hours; 7a 4p with a one-hour lunch period. Schedule may be adjusted during peak operational periods.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related trade.
Experience in electrical HVAC and plumbing systems.
Valid drivers license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
First Aid/CPR certification.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking lifting (50 lbs. or more) carrying climbing kneeling bending pushing pulling and reaching.
Ability to hear speak see and read on a continuous basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in a maintenance-related field.
